MiMiC Software Support Service provides technical support and automatic software upgrades for your MiMiC Process Simulation System.

This cost effective solution allows users of MiMiC Process Simulation Software to keep their simulation investment updated and effective for ongoing process automation development and operator training. The first year of MiMiC Software Support is included in the base system SIO Tag license purchase. This first year expires one year after the date of shipment from MYNAH. Using non-intrusive process simulation systems for software acceptance testing and operator training is a proven method to reduce the time and risk and maximize the return on investment of process automation projects. MiMiC Software Support allows MiMiC users to continually maximize their financial return for a fraction of the cost of their initial investment.

Benefits of MiMiC Software Support

Cost Effective. MiMiC Software Support contracts are priced at a fraction of the cost of the initial simulation software investment. The benefits of MiMiC Software Support far outweigh the cost.

Access to Simulation Technical Support. MiMiC Software Support contracts provide users with unlimited technical support from MYNAH's simulation experts.

MiMiC Software Major Releases. The users of MiMiC Software Support receive major software releases at no charge. These major releases include significant updates and enhancements to MiMiC Simulation Software such as support for new simulation interfaces (e.g. DeltaV Virtual IO Module), major system functional enhancements, and new process modeling capabilities.

MiMiC Software Maintenance Updates. Users of MiMiC Software Support have access to MiMiC maintenance support updates at no charge. These updates include valuable support features including support for new Digital Bus devices and IO Modules, new releases of process automation systems (e.g. DeltaV software releases), minor system functional enhancements, and new process modeling functions.

MYNAH Website. Users of MiMiC Software Support are provided with a user name and password so they can access the online Users’ area of the MYNAH Website. Knowledge base articles, revision upgrades and MYNAH experts’ tips and tricks are available on the MYNAH website.

MiMiC Product Support

Software Support Services.The following support services are available for MiMiC software users:

Access to Product Support Specialists from Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. CST
Receipt of all new major and minor MiMiC product releases
Option to purchase MYNAH Escrow Services as described in Attachment A of the MYNAH Technologies Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale

These services are included for the first 12 months after initial product purchase and on an annually renewal paid basis thereafter.

Customer Service and Software Support. All customer service requests received via phone or email are logged into the MYNAH Customer Relationship Management call tracking system. A unique call tracking ID number is assigned to each request. MYNAH Support Specialists handle software validation registration and technical support requests. Technical issues that cannot be resolved within one working day by the software Product Support Specialist are escalated to the Director of Technology. The Director of Technology directs resolution of all product problems and software defect fixes.

MYNAH Desktop Support. Users can get hands on help from MYNAH experts using our Citrix GoToAssist support service. This service allows remote control of your MiMiC machine by MYNAH experts over a secure, proven Internet connection. No additional connection time or support charges are required with this service.

MYNAH Support Infrastructure

Telephone Support. MiMiC Software Support users have access to the MYNAH Technologies support staff by calling +1.636.681.1555. All phone requests will be answered by the technical support staff during the hours of 8 AM to 5 PM US CST. Phone requests outside of these hours will be directed to leave a message on the technical support voice mailbox. The support specialist on call will return the message.

Email Requests. Requests for MiMiC support can also be sent to the MYNAH Technologies support staff via email at support@mynah.com or by filling out the support request form on the MYNAH website.

MYNAH GoToAssist On-Line Support and Services. Support information can be found on www.mynah.com including product manuals, white papers, application notes, and knowledge based articles. Knowledge base articles, revision upgrades and MYNAH experts’ tips and tricks are available on the user login section of the MYNAH website.

Ordering Information - MiMiC Software Support Renewal

The first year of MiMiC Software Support is included in the base system SIO Tag license purchase. This first year expires one year after the date of shipment from MYNAH.
