Building the Virtual Power Plant with MiMiC

The Power Generation Modeling Objects in MiMiC v3.3 provide high-fidelity dynamic models, allowing the user to build a Virtual Power Plant that works and responds like the real plant.

These objects include rigorous first-principles, dynamic models of boiler with furnace, steam header, fuel, and turbine designed for high-performance simulations for operator training or automation system testing.  When used with an off-line control system simulator, the MiMiC Virtual Power Plant, can be an essential tool to train and equip your operations staff.
