MYNAH at & R.E. Mason's User Exchange & Lakeside Process Control's Users Group Meeting this week.

We have sent 2 of our Applications Engineers on the road this week to attend two Emerson Local Business Partner's annual user events:

  • Lakeside Process Controls Users Group Meeting (May 7-8, 2013)
  • R.E. Mason's User Exchange (May 7-10, 2013)

Lakeside Process Controls Users Group Meeting

MYNAH's Application Engineer, Spencer Absher, will be attending and presenting the following technical, hands on training course at Lakeside Process Controls Users Group Meeting:

"Operator Training Simulator for Operational Excellence"

The use of dynamic simulation for control system testing and development and operator training is a proven method to increase the effectiveness of operation staffs and automation systems. Advances in the DeltaV Virtual Plant are reducing the time and investment required to get significant business results. In this workshop the participants will learn how to use Mimic and DeltaV simulate to improve their plant operations through hands on learning the following:

  • Develop an operator training scenario complete with an introduced process malfunction and scoring conditions based upon operator expected results. Participant will be able to run the training scenario and document his results in a training session report.
  • Improve the control of the process by adding new instrumentation and process variables in Mimic that can be used to optimize the control of the process.

Training Day & Time:

  • Tuesday, May 7 @ 1pm & Wednesday May 8 @ 11am.

R.E. Mason's User Exchange

MYNAH's Application Engineer, Edin Rakovic, will be attending and exhibiting at R.E. Mason's User Exchange in Richmond, VA and Charlotte, NC. During exhibiting hours, Edin will be showing:

Exhibiting Days & Times:
